During the challenge we will be giving away shots of energy drinks to all the participants as well as samples of our favourite protein donuts made by Sweet Success.

This dead hang challenge has no time limit, giving away prizes to both 1st and 2nd place winners in each of our 3 categories of winners. The 3 categories: women, men (under 200 lbs), and our "big boi" category of 200 lb+ gentlemen.

Location: Functional Training Room.

1st place prize: $50 gift card to Fuel Supplements, F2K shaker cup, and a pack of protein donuts from Sweet Success.

2nd place prize: F2K t-shirt, box of protein bars, and Fuel Supplement samples.
