There will be an entry fee on all Monthly Memberships.
Payments are setup through Preauthorized Charging.
Need some time off! Either type of membership can be put on freeze for 1 month or more. There is no extra fee for this convenient service!
Thirty days notice required if you want to cancel your membership.
