Aquafit - A class that is perfect for taking all impact off of your joints while getting you fit.

Sports Yoga - Come out and try a combination of lengthening and strengthening core exercises.

Hatha Yoga - Take a load off your body and your mind. RELAX...

Step & Tone - Just as it sounds like...loads of fun and lots of results.

Bodyball, Tone & Sculpt - Lot's of core strength and fun with great results.

Jen's Bodyball - Designed for allages to improve core strength
