Mission Statement

The Club was started in January 1976 by Gerry and Les Forrington and has been in operation ever since. Their philosophy was to open a pay as you go facility where members could stop at any time with 30 days notice. They reasoned that this type of membership would make sure they always provided the best in service and equipment in order to keep their members attending on a regular basis. The result is that after 25 years many of the people that joined in 1976 are still members of the club.

The Club is now owned and operated by Gerry Forrington, and although he no longer takes members through their routines, you often see him around the club making sure everything is in good condition and that the members are well taken care of.
